Locations We Deliver To
We are able to ship orders to locations within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. The prices displayed at checkout are the final prices inclusive of all customs duties & additional taxes. You will not be charged extra upon the delivery of your DIYogi yoga mat.
If we do not deliver to your location and you would like to purchase a DIYogi yoga mat, please reach out to us by e-mail at contact@diyogi.com and we will do whatever we can to ship your yoga mat to you.
If you would like your order to reach you faster than the time displayed at checkout, please reach out to us by e-mail at contact@diyogi.com.
Delivery
Please note that given the location of the warehouses where we store the DIYogi mats, delivery times and fees may differ from one country to the other. To find out which delivery conditions apply to you, please select your country at checkout and you will be shown the corresponding delivery details.
Dispatch
Once your order has been placed, DIYogi will send you an order confirmation e-mail and your order will be shipped according to the delivery times provided for your country or the delivery option. We aim to dispatch our orders within 1 Business Day. Dispatch time is counted in the Shipping Time displayed at checkout.
We ship some orders using our partner carriers DPD or Fedex, which means that we will be sharing the information you provide us with (your name, address, delivery option, number and type of yoga mat) with these partners. Please note we will not be sharing any of your payment information with either delivery partner. Your payment information is handled by PayPal or our payments provider Stripe, it is secured, and protected by your bank and we do not have access to it.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays – so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday or Business Day. Delivery transit times quoted commence from then.
Please note that if your yoga mat is not delivered within 10 days of the estimated date then you are eligible for reimbursement.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are likely to be anytime between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, although this can vary. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, we will be in contact with you to rearrange your redelivery. Please note that we will attempt to reschedule the delivery of your order before your order items are taken back to the warehouse.
We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with minimal delay. Above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us here at DIYogi.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, Parcel Shops and forwarding companies.
The Packaging
For some orders, we use Amazon to handle your order fulfilment, so for orders placed on DIYogi.com please be aware that the yoga mat may be sent to you in a box displaying the Amazon brand. In accordance with Amazon’s policies, they will package our products with Amazon’s own packaging. We are concerned with minimising the impact our business has on the environment and we are working on streamlining this process, however, in the meantime, we strongly recommend that you recycle or repurpose all packaging that your DIYogi products are delivered in, as all packaging is recyclable.
