Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee.
To be eligible for a return and a refund on your returned item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at contact@diyogi.com and we will let you know of the best way you can return it.
Please note that the returned item is your responsibility until it arrives at our return address so please retain a proof of receipt and ensure that the item is insured for its full value during its return journey. We do not accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged.
When making a purchase from our website, please also consider the environment. We are concerned with minimising the carbon footprint we leave on our planet and would also kindly ask you to consider this before returning an item that is not damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@diyogi.com and we will make sure to reply to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. To find out the applicable shipping fees and times for your location, please select your location at checkout.
We store our yoga mats in warehouses in the European Union. The price displayed at checkout is the final price inclusive of all taxes.
When an order is placed, we endeavour to organise the shipment of the product you purchased as soon as possible using our delivery partners. Upon shipment, we will also provide our customers with a tracking code to enable them to track the shipment of the product being sent to them as well as rearrange the delivery time with the courier if needed.
In the event that our delivery partners are unable to reach you for the delivery, they have an obligation to reattempt delivery at least one more time until the product is sent back to us. We will also endeavour to notify you by e-mail of any event in which the first delivery attempt at your specified location was not successful in order to allow you to make new arrangements for the second delivery attempt.
